This policy explains how Creative Jobbs (Pvt) Ltd ("Creative Jobbs", "we", "us"), Company Reg. No. PV 00271316, Colombo, Sri Lanka, handles personal information when you visit creativejobbs.com or contact us.

What we collect

• Information you send us: your name, email address, the service you are interested in and your message, when you use our contact form, email us or message us on WhatsApp.
• Project files: footage, images, documents and brand assets you share with us to complete your work.
• Basic technical data: our web host may keep standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages visited) for security and to keep the site running.

We do not use advertising cookies or sell your information.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and prepare quotes.
• To deliver the projects you hire us for.
• To send invoices and keep business records.

AI tools

Parts of our workflow use AI services, including Claude by Anthropic, to help with tasks such as transcripts, edit planning and draft copy. We only share the project material needed for the task, and every result is reviewed by our team. If you would prefer your material not to be processed with AI tools, tell us and we will work without them.

Sharing

We share personal information only with services that help us run the business, such as our web and email host, file-transfer and cloud-storage tools, and the AI tools mentioned above, or when the law requires it. We never sell or rent your data.

Third-party content

This site loads fonts from Google Fonts and links to our Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and WhatsApp pages. Those services have their own privacy policies.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries and project records for as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal and accounting requirements, then delete them.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, in line with applicable law, including Sri Lanka's Personal Data Protection Act. Email us and we will respond as soon as we can.
